The International Children’s Palliative Care Network and Durban based Umduduzi, Hospice Care for Children invite you to join us for a 5 Course Gourmet Meal paired with 5 South African wines at the acclaimed 1000 Hills Chef School overlooking the stunning Valley of 1000 Hills. The meal will be prepared for you by star chefs in training.
And best of all, you can savour each delicious mouthful, knowing you are helping to raise funds for a very worthy cause.

SPOT PRIZES AND AUCTION
The evening will include some amazing SPOT PRIZES, including a weekend away at a top hotel, as well as an AUCTION of other wonderful holiday breaks and goodies.
All money raised will provide scholarships to fund local health providers (Nurses, social workers, therapists, etc.) to attend the 3rd ICPCN Conference to be held in Durban from 30 May – 2 June 2018 at the Elangeni Hotel. These scholarships will be administered and awarded by ICPCN and Umduduzi, Hospice Care for Children.

Camembert coated in panko bread crumbs with a pumpkin, beetroot, pecan nut
and pear compote and micro green salad
Nyonya-style prawn and egg noodle broth

Grilled chicken with onion, garlic and thyme face, sweet potato, leeks,
smoked cauliflower paté and Choron sauce
Slow cooked lamb shoulder, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, butter puff pastry
